Sustainability
Trade that gives back
Sustainability isn’t a marketing word for us — it’s built into how we operate. Every decision we make considers the farmer, the land, and the long-term health of the supply chain.
Our commitments
- 01
Farmer Partnerships
We work directly with 200+ smallholder farming families, paying fair market prices and providing consistent demand so farmers can invest in their operations with confidence.
- 02
Ethical Sourcing
No child labour. No forced labour. Every farm in our network is vetted against our sourcing code. We choose partners who share our values, and we walk away from those who don’t.
- 03
Environmental Practice
We encourage crop rotation, minimal chemical use, and sustainable post-harvest practices across our farmer network. Building traceability systems that track environmental metrics farm-by-farm.
- 04
Transparent Traceability
Every shipment can be traced from the specific farming communities where it was grown, through our grading centres, to the export documentation we provide at port.
How it works
Farm to shipment — fully traceable.
Six steps. Complete documentation. Zero shortcuts.
- 01
Farm Registration
Every farmer registered with GPS coordinates, land area, and ID on file.
- 02
Harvest Collection
Field officers supervise harvest, recording batch weights and quality grades at farm gate.
- 03
Primary Processing
Commodity-specific processing: fermentation, drying, shelling, cleaning — all tracked.
- 04
Quality Inspection
Moisture, FFA, physical defects checked and documented per batch to international standards.
- 05
Lab Testing
Third-party testing for aflatoxin, pesticide residues, and key chemical parameters.
- 06
Export Documentation
Phytosanitary cert, COO, SGS report, bill of lading — all verified before departure.
